This ministry encourages a high level of interaction among attendees. The class was designed in this way because it is intended to help newer attendees to meet and make meaningful connections with others in our church family. Of course, that can’t happen unless both new attendees and members come to the class! Last week we had four people in the class who were at Westbrooke for the first time, creating a wonderful opportunity to connect with the people God is sending to our church.

Connect meets during the Sunday school hour (9-10 am) in the Community Room. Whether you are a new attendee, someone who has a heart to meet them, or simply someone who would enjoy an interactive study, please consider joining us!

The Reason for God/Just Walk Across The Room

Join us for an exciting two part study which will equip you to reach out more effectively to those around you! The Reason for God captures Pastor Tim Keller live and unscripted as he meets with a group of people over 6 sessions to address their doubts and objections to Christianity. Just a Walk Across the Room features Pastor Bill Hybels from Willowcreek Church as he demonstrates personally how to build redemptive relationships with the people God strategically places in our lives.

Legacies of Faith: The Lessons of Jacob & sons from the book of Genesis The new testament scriptures set forth the important doctrines of the Christian life such as salvation,justification,and sanctification; yet it is the old testament book of Genesis that provides such rich object lessons of the practical day to day tasks of walking with our God in the midst of a sinful world. This continuing study of Abraham’s family,in particular Jacob,Joseph and his brothers, reflects a clear “How to”,or “How Not to”,effectively serve our God in the midst of personal weakness,temptation,stress,doubts, family turmoil,and an ever-changing world.

Becoming a Paraklete

Learning from the person & ministry of The Holy Spirit. We are instructed in scripture to “parakaleo” (Greek for encourage,counsel,help,exhort, comfort,etc.) each other every day (Heb. 3:13). Join us in the Library beginning January 8th as we discover and learn together how the Holy Spirit is to be our model for carrying out this essential ministry within our church.

The things that most people come here to find are information on what we believe, who our pastors and staff are, what our church looks like, and what our sermons have been about lately. If you want all of that in a nutshell, our about us page covers it pretty quickly.

If you come across something that needs to be updated, looks funny, works weirdly or  doesn’t work at all, please let me know by filling out a quick feedback form.

We’ll be adding some more tweaks and fixes, along with new content to the site shortly. If you have an idea, let me know.

New attendees – we have extra copies of the picture directory available on a first come, first served basis.

This year AWANA will be for children from age 2 all the way to 6th grade. Our 2 and 3 year old program, Puggles, is new this year.

Check in time is 5:30 and the opening ceremony will begin at 5:45. The ending time will still be 7:30.

We will be having a sign up meeting for parents after church on September 11th. The cost is $25 per child. A leaders/helpers meeting will be scheduled soon.
